Self-cleaning Pressure Leaf Filter
Self-cleaning pressure leaf filter consists of filter housing, inner filter leaves, cover lifting device and automatic discharging device. Compare with traditional plate and frame filter press, the automatic cake discharging of pressure leaf filter can be realized by electric or pneumatic vibration. Therefore, workers don’t need to clean the filter plates by hands. It can realize automation and save much labor cost.

Filter Elements Construction:
The main filter elements of vertical leaf filter is inner filter leaves. Each filter leaf is constructed by 5 layer filter mesh(2 layers filter mesh, 2 layer support mesh and middle support frame). Surely we support 7 layers' construction. The mesh size and filtration precision is determined by the materials that need to be treated.

2. Mineral oil and base oil: dibutyl ester, dioctyl ester
