Our Pressure Leaf Filter for Chemical Industry has the characteristics of stable performance, convenient operation, safety and labor saving. It is resistant to high temperature, high pressure and durable. It can extract the solid in the mixed liquid and realize the separation of solid and liquid. It has a unique filter chamber structure to press the sludge twice, and the moisture content of the pressed sludge is low.

Filter Elements Construction:
Filtration plate is made of many layers of stainless steel filtration materials, and they re installed on the central liquid collection pipe,so it can be dismantled for cleaning very conveniently.
Application
1. Petrochemical engineering: MMA, TDI, polyurethane, PVC and other synthetic resins, caprolactam, DOP and other plasticizer, terephthalic acid, adipic acid, petroleum resins, epoxy resins, all kinds of organic solvents;
2. Organic chemistry: organics pigments, dyes, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, poly propylene glycol, surfactants, various catalysts, activated carbon decolorization filtration, etc.
3. Inorganic chemical industry: inorganic pigments, waste acid, sulfuric acid, sodium phosphate and other solutions, titanium dioxide, cobalt, titanium, zinc and other refining, nitrocellulose, pesticides, insecticide.
