Introduction of our crude rapeseed oil filter

The rapeseed oil production mainly includes pre-pressing and refining process. The pre-pressing process mainly includes rapessed pretreatment, seeds frying, conditoning and pressing. Then we can get the crude rapessed oil.

Before sale or refinery, the crude rapeseed oil needs filtration process. In order to maintain the rich fragrance of rapeseed oil, the filtration system of rapeseed oil is generally composed of vertical pressure leaf filter and bag filter housing.

The pressed crude rapessed oil is initially deslagged by the oil tank and then pump the crude oil into the vertical leaf filter for filtration. And the filtered oil is then sent by the pump to the cooling system. After cooling to a certain temperature, it will be pumped into an oil storage tank for sale or further refinery process.
