Technical Features:

1. The mesh frame of the stainless steel pressure filter leaf is formed by one-time bending with special equipment. The filter plate of the pressure leaf filter usually adopts a five-layer mechanism. The outermost filter layer is composed of two layers of finer wire mesh. The selection of different mesh numbers is determined by the nature of the filter material or the filter medium and condition. The middle contains two layers of support screens and a layer of drainage screen. Of course, we can also produce filter plates with 3-layer structure and 7-layer structure.

2. Unique structure, widely suitable for a variety of precision filtration applications, stainless steel filter plates can be made of SUS304, 316, 316L, 317L, AISI321 904L and other materials.

3. The mesh number of the filter screen is 60 mesh (it can also be 24 x 110 Dutch weave and PZ80 specifications), the support mesh is 8x8 mesh, and the drainage mesh is 4x4 mesh.

4. Filter leaves(plates) of various properties and sizes can be produced. Our largest filter leaf can realize 2000mm high.
