General Introduction
LOREEK brand VPLF and HPLF series pressure leaf filters are the further development of the Niagara filters -its filtration area ranges from 2m2 to 160m2. In general, ther vertical type filters can realize max. 90m2 area. However, the horizontal version filters can relize max.160m2 area.
This kind of filters have double sided, stainless filter leaves installed on which the filter cake is built up. The solid filter leaves have five layers of wire mesh consisting of three coarse support meshes and two fine filter meshes in stainless steel. This structure will form the filtration chamber for holding the filtrated liquid inside and the filter cake outside. Thus, the clear filtrated liquid will output via the bottom drain pipes.
The filters are supplied in either carbon steel or in a range of stainless materials. All versions will equip stainless steel inner filter elements.
Typical applications:
Animal fat, bleaching earth filtration,actived carbon filtration, gelatine, glucose, nickel catalyst, pectin, process water, rapeseed oil, water glass,glycerin and paraffin wax etc.
History of LOREEK Filters:
The engineers of LOREEK CHINA started to learn and reasearch traditional Nigara type filters since 1970s. Based on the techniques, we designed the LOREEK version VPLF Series and HPLF Series pressure leaf filters. Compared with the traditional products, the performance becomes better. What's more, we improved some strctures. The cost of this kind of filters reduce a lot. It has helped thousands of factories improve their production processes with lower investment. In some industries prone to produce harmful gases and other pollutants, this closed plate filter has greatly improved the working environment of the factory and the health of workers. Therefore, this also realizes our social responsibilities and values.
