LOREEK brand square control plansifter is designed to replace traditional wooden frame plansifter. Old-fashioned square control plansifters all use wooden frames, which bring problems such as powder hanging, moisture absorption, easy powder leakage and bacteria reproduction, and poor sanitation conditions; at present, our stainless steel square control plansifters are lined with relatively ideal stainless steel materials, and the surface is smooth , wear-resistant, all components in contact with flour are made of stainless steel or synthetic materials, which can prevent the surface in contact with food from being worn, achieve non-stick powder, prevent insects and be easy to clean.

Working principle

LOREEK brand square control plansifter is driven by a motor which is installed inside of the main frame and counter-balanced by a counterweight. Each plansifter has 4, or 6, or 8 sections sieves inside. Different material flows into the different sections on its own route. According to individual design for different materials, the plansifter can sift different granular material to different next passage in flour mills.
