Chamber Filter Press
Simple Introduction:
Loreek brand Chamber filter press is one kind of mature filtration equipment. It well replace plate and frame filter press in many industries. The filter chamber is made of filter plates. The slurry materials are sent to filter chamber by the pressure of feeding pump and then go into filtrating media (filter cloth) to separate solid and liquid in slurry material. When solid in slurry material becomes cake shape. The filter plates are molded by reinforced polypropylene.
Application: water treatment, petroleum, textile, pharmaceutical, dye, metallurgy, mineral processing, food.etc.

Filter Plates Options:
For our filter press, we can provide plate made of cast iron, steel Q235, cast steel, stainless steel, cast copper, aluminum alloy, PP, TPE elastomer, EPDM, NBR and etc.
Production Flow:
Each filter press of LOREEK has undergone strict production process and quality inspection control. The filter plates of our filter pressed are made of quality polypropylene particles from China's Sinopec Group. After all the procedures, plates will be pressed into a shape by a 5000-ton press. The machine frame is made of Q345 steel to ensure its sufficient strength. The machine surface will be shot blasted and treated with three-layer spray paint. Our filter press quality can rank among the top three in China.
