LOREEK Filter Press Centrifugal Pump works by centrifugal movement of water caused by impeller rotation. Before starting the pump, the pump shell and suction pipe must be filled with water, and then start the motor to make the pump shaft drive the impeller and water to rotate at a high speed. The centrifugal movement of water is thrown to the outer edge of the impeller and flows into the pressurized water pipeline of the pump through the channel of the volute pump shell. Loreek filter press centrifugal pump adopts double impeller design, which belongs to bipolar centrifugal pump.

Our Filter Press Centrifugal Pump is mainly used for transporting liquids including water, oil, acid-base fluid, emulsion, suspending emulsion and liquid metal. It can also transport liquids, gas mixtures and liquids containing suspended solids. It adopts double impeller structure, and its performance curve is steep, which not only solves the problem of no overload in operation, but also solves the problem of pump holding, and can achieve low speed and high pressure and reduce the wear of water pump. It adopts the structure of impeller reverse installation and negative pressure seal, and there is no leakage problem.
