Work Principle

When the filter press equipment works, the hydraulic system compresses the filter plates, and then pumps the waste water into the filter press through the sludge pump. The solid is intercepted in the filter chamber by the filter cloth, and the liquid flows out from the pipe, so as to realize the solid-liquid separation. The moisture content of treated mud cake can be reduced to 40-60%, and the volume is relatively small, so it is easier to handle and transport.
