LOREEK edible oil filter machine is usually used for oil purity, bleaching and dewaxing and crude oil filtration, gel color oil filtration, hydrogenated oil filtration, winterized oil filtration etc.. Mainly we have stainless steel and carbon steel versions pressure leaf filter. Both versions will equip stainless steel filter leaves. During filtration process, the filter cake will be formed on the surface of filter leaves. Filter cake layer will help the filtration.
Main Structure
Our pressure leaf filter mainly consists of filter vessel, filter leaves, cover lifting device feeding and output pipes and discharging device etc.. According to the different filter materials, we can also customize all kinds of whole filtration system (including the filter, mixing tank, feeding pump, pipes, valves, control system, etc.). The inner filter leaf is made of 5-7 layers of stainless steel wire screens, then installed on the central filtrate collecting tube.

Filter Elements Construction:
The main filter elements of vertical leaf filter is inner filter leaves. Each filter leaf is constructed by 5 layer filter mesh(2 layers filter mesh, 2 layer support mesh and middle support frame). Surely we support 7 layers' construction. The mesh size and filtration precision is determined by the materials that need to be treated.
