Overview
LOREEK Palm Kernel Oil Filter Machine is widely used to filter crude kernel oil and crude copra oil extracted from the oil seed expellers to remove impurity and sludge content. They can also be used to filter other types of extracted oil. The crude oil is pumped into the Filter Press Machine which filters the impurity and sludge. After filtration, the clear oil will be pumped to the oil storage tank. The capacity of our filters ranges from 1ton to 500 tons per 24 hours for our VPLF Series and 2 to 80 per 24 hours for our XMY Series.
Our Palm Kernel Oil Filter Machine adopts an oil-resistant diaphragm filter plate that meets the hygienic standards of the food industry. The diaphragm material is polypropylene (PP). Oil (air) is used to press the diaphragm. The pressing pressure is 1.6Mpa, so that the filter cake is dry and the oil yield is high. It applies automatic program, simple operation and stable product quality.
