Dewaxing Horizontal Pressure Leaf Filter
Overview
Loreek brand dewaxing horizontal pressure leaf filter (HPLF Series) can be used for dry and wet cake discharge in many industries, such as filtration of sugar, cocoa or edible oils, for the removal of activated carbon, molten sulphur filtration or catalyst recovery. It has shell retraction or bundle retraction functions. The main structure includes horizontal pressure vessel, filter leaves, pneumatic vibrator assembly, bottom structure housing, hydraulic power pack for bonnet ring opening / closing and shell or bundle retraction.
The inner filter leaves are mounted on a central outlet manifold with special 'O' ring sealing. The filtration areas of our Dewaxing Horizontal Pressure Leaf Filter ranges from 2m2 to 200m2. Filters can also be equipped with fix or oscillating sluicing devices for wet cake dislodging. It is easy to use.
